Join Fava for its inaugural Chef Collaboration Pop Up! We’re bringing together some of America’s most talented and creative chefs, seasonal ingredients, and delicious beer & wine pairings for one incredible meal.
Our Alaskan Seafood Pop Up highlights the talents of Beau Schooler from Juneau Alaska’s In Bocca Al Lupo and The Rookery Cafe. (Update: AND Beau is a 2019 James Beard Best Chef NW nominee! Congrats Beau!) He’s coming to California with some of the world’s freshest seafood in-tow, and creating stunning plates that draw on his experience cooking in the wilds of Alaska, his Filipino family and culture, and local California produce.
Choose from a curated beer and wine selection, highlighting some of our favorite craft beer and natural wine producers. Dinner will be hosted by Fava, our chefs and collaborators.
