Joe Sasto & Fava Underground Pasta Dinner

Join Fava and Chef Joe Sasto for a special underground pasta dinner. Featuring a seasonal menu of Joe’s “Tanto Si" small bites and handmade pastas, served family style in an intimate dinner hosted by Jesse & Joe.

This is a small popup dinner for just 18 pasta lovers. You’re welcome to hang out in our open kitchen, but you might get put to work plating. Our underground dinner is BYOB, price is all-inclusive of taxes and tips. Dinner starts at 7pm. 

Because this is a small dinner, menu changes or substitutions will not be available. 
Dinner location in Silverlake, Los Angeles will be emailed out to confirmed RSVPs the day of the event.

Join Fava as we host Wes Rowe of SF’s Wesburger. Wes is bringing a special menu of smash burgers - including the famous Hot Wes with onion rings, queso, and pickled jalapeños - tater tots and select local beers and natural wines selected by Fava.

This event is hosted by our friends at Friends & Family in Hollywood! Doors open at 6pm, RSVP below so we know you’re coming.

Come on by for a delicious burger! No tickets needed! All ages welcome!

Join Fava for a “Chamorro” inspired Chef Collaboration Pop Up centered around the delicious food of Guam! We’re bringing together some of America’s most talented and creative chefs, seasonal ingredients, and delicious beer & wine pairings. 

Prubechu began with a vision from business partners, Chef Shawn Naputi and General Manager Shawn Camacho, to bring a piece of home to San Francisco through the culinary arts. Both are proud native Chamorros of Guam and felt that their unique cuisine has been very under-represented in the culinary landscape of San Francisco and the nation as a whole. Prubechu serves classic flavors from Guam - coconut, seafood, the tropical island bounty - and the Marianas Islands using the finest ingredients from California’s farmer’s markets and adding a modern twist to traditional dishes. Chef Shawn interprets the classics by drawing inspiration from what is available seasonally while maintaining the integrity and soul of each dish.

Choose from a curated beer and wine selection, highlighting some of our favorite craft beer and natural wine producers. Dinner will be hosted by Fava, our chefs and collaborators.

Join Fava for its inaugural Chef Collaboration Pop Up!  We’re bringing together some of America’s most talented and creative chefs, seasonal ingredients, and delicious beer & wine pairings for one incredible meal.  

Our Alaskan Seafood Pop Up highlights the talents of Beau Schooler from Juneau Alaska’s In Bocca Al Lupo and The Rookery Cafe.  (Update: AND Beau is a 2019 James Beard Best Chef NW nominee! Congrats Beau!) He’s coming to California with some of the world’s freshest seafood in-tow, and creating stunning plates that draw on his experience cooking in the wilds of Alaska, his Filipino family and culture, and local California produce. 

Choose from a curated beer and wine selection, highlighting some of our favorite craft beer and natural wine producers. Dinner will be hosted by Fava, our chefs and collaborators.
